A blended learning program to help senior marketing and growth leaders connect, build leadership capability, and drive new business growth. Starting Fall 2024, a new cohort of senior marketing and growth leaders will join the 12-week online program, working individually, in small groups and in plenary to address new growth opportunities.
The program builds on the WHAT, HOW and WHY of over-performing growth organizations to help leaders build very practical personal and business growth plans.
The program will start with a teaser session at the ANA Masters in Florida in October 2024.

The Marketing Leadership Program will connect every participant with invaluable growth learning, benchmarking data, leading practitioner and expert insights, and industry best practices.
Participants will be supported as they apply practical frameworks to their own role and business to create a roadmap for unlocking more humanized leadership and business growth.
Frameworks covered include: IRG Impact Study Drivers of Humanized Business Growth, Seven Building Blocks of Humanized Growth, Marketing Ikigai, Business Model Canvas, and the da Vinci Growth Leader profile.
As part of the ANA Global CMO Growth Council priorities, the Talent and Marketing Organization working team is partnering with the Institute for Real Growth (IRG) to provide a new blended learning program for busy Marketing and other senior growth leaders.
The best practice-based curriculum includes benchmarking, practical insights, expert contributions and peer discussions, as well as best practices to help Marketing leaders build new leadership capabilities and business growth.
