The Marketing Leadership  program

A blended learning program to help senior marketing and growth leaders connect, build leadership capability, and drive new business growth. Starting Fall 2024, a new cohort of senior marketing and growth leaders will join the 12-week online program, working individually, in small groups and in plenary to address new growth opportunities. 

 

The program builds on the WHAT, HOW and WHY of over-performing growth organizations to help leaders build very practical personal and business growth plans.

The program will start with a teaser session at the ANA Masters in Florida in October 2024. 

Program Start: October 2024
Program End: February 2025

Connect with world-class content, experts, and practitioners


CURRICULUM: 


3 modules – covering the Why, What and How of humanized growth


Milestone sessions to integrate learning into humanized growth plans


Expert contributions to bring content to live with example case studies


WHO & WHEN:


Teams of 40-100 marketing colleagues >10 yrs. experience


12-week, blended & interactive program requiring 1.5 hrs/week time commitment

A 12-week blended learning program consisting of individual self-learning and collective facilitated sessions with expert contributions, small group and plenary discussions. Facilitated sessions are hosted over Zoom and individual sessions are hosted on the IRG learning Platform.

Program Participation Fee: $3,950 (ANA Members)

Program Participation fee for non-members: $7,950

Helping Marketing Leaders drive more humanized growth

As part of the ANA Global CMO Growth Council priorities, the Talent and Marketing Organization working team is partnering with the Institute for Real Growth (IRG) to provide a new blended learning program for busy Marketing and other senior growth leaders.


The best practice-based curriculum includes benchmarking, practical insights, expert contributions and peer discussions, as well as best practices to help Marketing leaders build new leadership capabilities and business growth.

Real Growth

We help senior growth leaders drive more Humanized Growth by connecting them to peers, experts and best practices

Hundreds of global CMOs and other senior growth leaders have participated in IRG programs, events and webinars globally


The IRG program curriculum is based on the findings of the IRG Growth Study. The study included interviews with over 750 senior business leaders, 5,000 online survey contributions from 73 countries, and a behavioral analysis of publicly available LinkedIn data from 3 million members.
